Whether it’s a one-off fix or ongoing support, we’re here to make life easier. No call-out fees — just a simple upfront payment for the first hour, even if the fix is quick. This helps cover travel and setup time, and ensures we’re ready to give your tech the time it deserves. If more time is needed, we’ll always check with you before continuing.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we're happy to offer flexibility where possible. To help us stay organized and provide the best service, please note the following: Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour before your booking without any fees. Last-Minute Changes: Changes made within 1 hour of your appointment time may not be accepted, and the session may be forfeited. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full session may be charged. If you need help cancelling or rescheduling, feel free to contact us directly – we’re always happy to help.
