Service Description
Not sure what’s wrong with your device? We’ll start with a quick remote assessment to identify the issue and explain what’s going on in plain English. If the diagnostic can’t be completed remotely, we’ll switch you over to our Residential Support service for an onsite visit. The diagnostic fee will then be deducted from the Residential Support fee — so you won’t pay twice. You’ll receive an honest assessment, guidance on your options, and a quote if a fix or repair is recommended. This is a one-time flat-fee service, and if you choose to go ahead with the repair, we’ll deduct the diagnostic fee from your total — no double-dipping!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we're happy to offer flexibility where possible. To help us stay organized and provide the best service, please note the following: Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour before your booking without any fees. Last-Minute Changes: Changes made within 1 hour of your appointment time may not be accepted, and the session may be forfeited. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full session may be charged. If you need help cancelling or rescheduling, feel free to contact us directly – we’re always happy to help.
